Product Key Not Activated - Refund Policy
When you purchase from us, you're buying a license to use the digital virtual items included in your purchase. You are eligible for a refund if the purchased key has not been activated. Please note that once the purchase is installed, the transaction is final, and we do not offer refunds. If you're banned from the Platform for violating the rules, you won't be eligible for a refund. The Platform reserves the right to enforce bans at its discretion and to modify its rules at any time. Access to the Platform is not guaranteed, and if the server is discontinued, any virtual items will be lost.
